We've taken our session beer, brewed especially for the Cross Keys (Kippen), and turbo-charged it with Mosaic dry-hops. Easy-drinking but loads of flavour.

The great journey continues. We started in Czech Republic, moved on to the USA and now we're just plain globetrotting to find the best New World hops to brew this refreshing light blonde beer.
Crafted using a blend of six malts and lots of American ‘C’ hops it is deep amber in colour with a floral/citrus hop aroma upfront. The initial flavour hit is resinous, citrus and pine followed by a rich biscuit and caramel maltiness and finishing with a lingering bitterness.
Smoked Porter. This porter has been crafted using a blend of old and new, dark and light. Peat smoked malt, noble hops and dehusked roasted malt combine to give a complex, deep brown, smoky beer with a subtle fruity hop flavour.
This pale ale has an almost vinous flavour and aroma, provided by the choicest New Zealand hops. Seriously fruity, floral and citrus, this beer showcases the best qualities of two stunning NZ hops. Dominant flavours: Floral, citrus, tropical, fruity, bitter.
A sweet, briney, chewy trouble maker, brewed with dark Belgian candi syrup, lactose and Hebridean sea salt. Try is alongside a nip of your favourite lightly peated whisky.
New world IPA bursting with hops from the Pacific North West. The juicy malt background acts as the perfect platform allowing the hops to shine.
Tropical, fresh guava and pear jump out from this railhouse saison which finishes crisp and dry from a huge honey addition. Brewed in collaboration with Dead End Brew Machine.
